Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to its great amenities and the effort made by Felipe and his team. My room was clean and extremely comfortable, and the balcony added a nice touch. However, the noise level from the hallway could be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, the experience was rewarding, but there were minor things that could be improved upon.
I had a mostly pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and came with a lovely deck, which was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, especially during a challenging time when they were very accommodating. However, the rooms felt a bit dated, which took away from the overall experience. Still, the central location made exploring Santa Cruz very easy.
I had a unique stay at this hotel. The vibe was cool, and the king-size bed was super comfortable. However, the glass-walled bathroom was a bit too open for my liking, making me uncomfortable at times. The service was friendly, but I did have a hiccup when switching rooms. Overall, it’s a nice spot with a few quirks.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, where the rooms were incredibly comfy and modern. The staff was fantastic, providing helpful recommendations especially during the city's strike. While the surrounding area had some noise and graffiti, the hotel itself was a cozy retreat. Overall, it was a great value for the price, though I wish the dining options were a bit more diverse for breakfast.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its convenient location just a couple of blocks from the main plaza. The room was well-decorated, cozy, and provided everything I needed for a relaxing afternoon. The service was outstanding, especially during a challenging time when travel was tricky. However, I did find the dining options quite basic, leaving me wishing for more variety. Overall, the experience was enjoyable and offered good value for money.
